 Magdef and I will be leaving Kyoto at the end of April, leaving our house unoccupied and waiting for some fresh ALT blood to take it over.  It's located behind Kamigamo Shrine (a bit far north, I know), making it an ideal location to get away from the city, but not so far away that it's a chore to get into town.  Close to the Kurasuma line and Kamigamo bus station.

Rent is 120,000/month between two people.

Best of all, the place is fully furnished.  Two beds, couches, television, kitchen table, rugs, and more and more and more.

Mr. J, perhaps you could post some photos? or can we do that here? Whatever the case I too have been to this fine abode and will state that it is disturbingly well furnished and decorated for 2 swinging bachelors. It's a modern style house too, probably built in the last 10 years.
